Our chef Gerhard and his kitchen team will spoil you every day with delicacies and delicacies in our in-house restaurant. Enjoy dishes made from high-quality, regional and seasonal products and drink a good glass of wine or a glass of our house beer for the perfect dinner.

Spirits, organic beef & must from the neighboring Kreilgut, Organic eggs from the “Brandstatt” Vorderstoder, Pyhrn-Priel veal, game meat from Vorderstoder hunters, our lamb comes from the gourmet farmer “Waldbauer” from the neighboring town. This also carries a regional seal of approval, just like our national park organic beef. Muesli and wheat from the Fuchsberger organic farm, cheese comes from the Schlierbach monastery cheese dairy. Sheep's milk products from the organic farm cheese dairy Frech in Vorderstoder. Jam, elderberry juice, pasta from our own production.

WATER
We are happy that our drinking water is pure spring water of the best quality.
It is important to us to use water sparingly and we strive to only use as much water as necessary in our daily work. ​
Our water-saving shower heads, taps and toilet flushing systems do your part.
HEAT&ENERGY
The entire heat requirement for our house is supplied by the Vorderstoder local heat. ​
In addition, we cover 100% of our electricity needs from renewable energy sources. We switched most of the exterior and interior lighting to LED and used timers and motion detectors. ​​
You have your own e-charging station in our parking lot and three e-mountain bikes at your disposal.
CULINARY
Our kitchen attaches great importance to varied, seasonally coordinated dishes.
We prefer to use products from our region of the best quality and always process them fresh. As a Stodertaler Schmankerl and Genuss Region Austria partner, it is also important to us to spoil our guests with traditional dishes from Austria and to complement them with modern delicacies.
