Schnaps, organic beef & must from the neighboring Kreilgut farm;
organic eggs from “Brandstatt” farm Vorderstoder;
veal from the Pyhrn-Priel-Region;

lamb from the farmer “Waldbauer” from the neighboring town;
Muesli and wheat from the Fuchsberger organic farm;
cheese comes from the Schlierbach monastery cheese dairy;

WATER
We are happy that our drinking water is pure spring water of best quality.
It is important to us to use water sparingly and we strive to only use as much water as necessary in our daily work.
You are also doing your pasrt with our water-saving shower heads, taps and toilet flushing systems.
HEAT&ENERGY
The entire heat requirement for our house is supplied by the Vorderstoder district heating system.
In addition, we cover 100% of our electricity needs from renewable energy sources. We switched most of the exterior and interior lighting to LED and used timers and motion detectors.
We have own e-charging station in our parking lot.
CULINARY
Our kitchen attaches great importance to varied, seasonally coordinated dishes.
We prefer to use products from our region of the best quality and always process them fresh. As a Stodertaler Schmankerl and Genuss Region Austria partner, it is also important to us to spoil our guests with traditional dishes from Austria and to complement them with modern delicacies.
