• Room prices are per person per night including VAT. and Stockerwirt Indulgence-Half-Board from 3 nights

• Surcharge for short stays up to 2 nights € 8 per person per night

• Single room supplement € 15,-  per night

• Children's discount:
  0 - 2.99 years € 15 per night (We provide a cot, changing mat and diaper pail)
  3 - 5.99 years 65% discount
  6 - 9.99 years 50% discount
  10 - 14.99 years 30% discount

• Hut price is per night on a self-catering basis regardless of the number of people. The wellness area in the hotel is not included! Breakfast buffet in the hotel € 16 per person (children € 9), Dinner as part of half board (5-course evening menu) € 26 per person (children € 19)

• Local tax: € 3 per night for ages 15 and up

• Phyrn Priel AktivCard (from May 9th, 2024 to November 1st, 2024) included for the duration of your stay

• Dog flat rate € 10 per night without food (bowl mat, 2 small bowls and a welcome treat are provided)

• Late check out until 6 p.m. if available, surcharge € 16 per person

• Early check in if available from 10 a.m., surcharge € 14 per person

• Check in is possible from 2 p.m., please check out by 10 a.m

• Premium e-bike from KTM for rent from May to October

• In your room you will find a bathing bag with a cozy rental bathrobe (one size XL, we do not have children's bathrobes in the house) and sauna towels free of charge for your stay
